How do I join ASTIQUE LOYALTY OFFERING Program (A.L.O.)?

• You may click the “Sign Up Here” button above. An SMS with a full registration link will be sent to fill in your particulars. To be entitled to a welcome gift ( Astique Medical grade face Mask), you are required to do a full registration with a complete profile.

Is there any membership fee?

• There is no membership fee to be an ASTIQUE fan. There will be a $1,500 and $2,500 membership fee per year for Influencer and Celebrity. However there will be a complementary upgrade when you had spent $5000 and $1,5000 with us in a single year.

How do I view my A.L.O. account details?

• Simply login to the member portal at www.advocado.me with your registered mobile number to view the details such as tier type, vouchers, points and transaction history.

Will the A.L.O. membership expire?

• There will not be any expiration for the Fans tier (basic tier). However, Influencer and Celebrity tiers are only valid for 12 months from the point of last purchase. You may extend the validity of your Influencer and Celebrity tier membership with the purchase of our services or products.

What’s the difference between the Fans, Influencer and Celebrity Tier?

• Influencer and Celebrity Tier receive additional Points and vouchers, as well as more treats compared to Fans tier members.

What if I changed my registered mobile number?

• You need to login to your member portal at www.advocado.me with your previous mobile number and change it from your account page.

REDEMPTIONS

• Can I use any A.L.O. rewards with other promotions (for example including but not limited to Standard Chartered Cardholders card)?

• Our rewards are stackable with other third-party discounts and promotions

BIRTHDAY

• How do I receive and redeem the birthday voucher?
• You will receive a birthday SMS one day prior to your birthday month. For example, you will receive the SMS on 31 May if your birthday is in June. The validity of the birthday treat is 30 days.
• If you are registering on your birthday month, please inform our staff or email enquiry@astiqueclinic.com.sg for us to manually add it into your account.

What are the birthday treats?

• Members are entitled to a $100-300 Birthday Voucher through their birthday month, depending on membership tier.

Term & Conditions

Validity

• Astique Loyalty Offering (A.L.O.) Fan tier membership is valid for life. However, A.L.O. loyalty points will only be valid for 12 months from the point of last purchase. There will be no extension of the expiry period.

• Membership status for Influencer and Celebrity tiers will be valid for 12 months from the point of last purchase. There will be no extension of the expiry period.

Allocation and Redemption of A.L.O. Loyalty Point Rewards

• A.L.O. points allocated to members are based on the amount spent (excluding GST and service charge).

• Members must be present in the clinic to earn A.L.O. points. Mobile number and PIN number will be required for verification purposes.

• A.L.O. points are non-transferable and rewards cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, offers, vouchers, and privileges.

• A.L.O. points and rewards cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Each member is entitled to only one A.L.O. membership account.

• Combining multiple A.L.O. membership accounts or splitting the bill to redeem A.L.O. points is not allowed.

Birthday Treats Rewards

• Members may only redeem their birthday rewards within their birthday month with minimum spending of $200.

Termination and Cancellation

• Members may, at any time, request to cancel his/her membership by emailing enquiry@astiqueclinic.com.sg or at AsiaMedic Astique The Aesthetic Clinic (350 Orchard Road, #10-00 Shaw House, Singapore 238868).

• All points and unused rewards will be forfeited upon the member’s request to cancel his/her membership. No refunds or any other forms of compensation will be given for unused loyalty points and rewards.

Discretion

• By participating in the A.L.O., all members unconditionally agree and accept to be bound legally by the terms and conditions herein and all amendments, additions, replacements and modifications as may be made by AsiaMedic Astique The Aesthetic Clinic from time to time. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not sign up for the A.L.O.

• All members hereby provide consent for AsiaMedic Astique The Aesthetic Clinic to send them any future communications, promotional offers, and information on privileges. The management of AsiaMedic Astique The Aesthetic Clinic reserves all rights to amend any privileges or conditions from time to time without prior notice at its sole discretion. Your use of the A.L.O. will constitute your agreement to the modified Terms & Conditions of Use and all the changes.

• The management of AsiaMedic Astique The Aesthetic Clinic is entitled at any time, in its absolute discretion without liability to you, to suspend or terminate your rights to use the benefits or privileges, to refuse any re-issuance or renewal should any of the conditions and privileges be abused.
